call for advice

Which should I go with: the apartment complex that will give me a student discount, or the one that comes with a washer and dryer?  Having to live by the laundromat, and not having very many clothes, sucks tremendously.  But so does higher rent.

Advice please?

However the best deal I found (cheap rent + washer and dryer) was no pets allowed.  Bastards.
