(no subject)

I finished it all in one go. I have to agree with others who've commented, this last trilogy wasn't as good as the first. Like the first trilogy, book one (Sinner) wasn't as good as its sequels (Pilgrim, Crusader), although to give Douglass her due, she pulled off Drago's redemption very convincingly.  The very ending, I also agree, was a cop out.  Why was only Tencendor affected?  Why not the entire planet?  And where the hell did everyone go?  Heaven?  

Overall, the series as a whole is pretty good, and recommended to anyone who enjoys good old epic fantasy.
