Your class sounds awesome! Hearing about the authenticity of the food makes me happy you are in this program (even if you don't love it all the time)!

I do enjoy the pictures of food, as well. I just had a Kashi TV dinner for lunch (there is less than no time to cook when I spend most of my life on campus), so at least I make due.
