I'm really sorry to hear that you're having a crap time of it, especially since that damn chef gets by by treating all his students like crap. Were the other chefs you spoke to ever students of his? Have they met him?

It sounds like a tough choice, too - I send my sympathies. And some timtams. (Okay, one day I'll have to really send you some timtams - they're fantastic!)
