Today's the day I try out my whole wheat flour.  I'm going to try and sneak some fiber into my family!  Plus, telling my sisters that I won't bake until they clean the house is a very good motivator for them. ; )  

I'll be reporting back with the results.

Success!  Haha, they didn't know the difference!  And they were pretty damn tasty, if I do say. ;)  It's just the old Nestle Tollhouse recipe, and all I did was sub white flour for the wheat.  But I did use real butter.  I just can't bring myself to believe that margarine is any less bad than butter.  Vegetable oil isn't solid at room temp, and according biology 103, when you take an oil that is normally liquid at room temperature and make it solid, that's bad bad bad.  Plus, margarine is lousy for baking, anyway.
