The toy is battery operated, and when you turn it on, it wiggles and spins and drives Olive and Toby nuts. Oz mostly ignores it--he'll bat at it for a minute, and then get bored and go away. Like he's saying he's too old for such nonsense. I have a funny video but I'm too lazy right now to post it.

We have one of those little mice on a keyring - it has a button you press that makes a red laser mouse shape on the floor. As soon as you pick it up and the keyring rattles the cats come on alert, and then you move the laser-mouse around and they chase after it endlessly. We especially like suddenly moving it up the door - Cotton makes a flying leap and jumps about four feet up in the air!
